About us

​​​Advantage  Supports provides services in Southern New Jersey counties of Ocean,  Monmouth, Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, Salem, Atlantic and  Cumberland.  Our experience goes back to 2012 when DDD first introduced  the current Support Coordination model.  Our Support Coordinators have  extensive experience working with adults with developmental  disabilities.  Their background includes experience working in group  homes and at support provider agencies.   Our founder, Tina Wiltsee, is  co-chair of the Support Coordination Alliance, a group of Support  Coordination Agencies who meet monthly to share learning and address  concerns.   Tina is actively involved with DDD and families bringing her  energy and passion for quality services to everything she does.  This  is reflected in our careful attention to the needs of our consumers.  We  welcome the opportunity to meet you and discuss your unique needs.   Please feel free to contact Tina Wiltsee at 856-430-1982 or at  tina@advantagesupports.com
