Welcome! We are a Support Coordination Agency working with NJ DDD to provide adults with developmental disabilities guidance and support to find the right services to meet their needs.
Our experience goes back to 2012 when DDD first introduced the current Support Coordination model.

Team
Our Support Coordinators have extensive experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. Their background includes experience working in group homes, at service provider agencies, job coaching, & social services. This gives them the unique insight to assist others in accessing what services work best for them. They welcome the opportunity to work with those who want to direct their own services & those who live independently in the community. Our world is made up of people with unique needs & interests. We always try to make sure that everyone we serve is provided with as many choices as possible and recognize that it is important to be creative when seeking support services. We want to assist you in navigating a very complex system.
Our Founder
Our Company was founded by Tina Wiltsee. She is uniquely positioned to use her extensive network of contracts and social capital to provide guidance to those that are trying to navigate the DDD system. It's often confusing which causes a lot of unnecessary stress. Training and information sharing is a key focuses for all staff at Advantage Supports. We strive to stay current with all new developments not only within DDD but in many areas that impact those with developmental disabilities.
Tina is actively involved with DDD and families bringing her energy and passion for quality services to everything she does. This is reflected in our careful attention to the needs of our consumers.
